Our Process
STEP 1: CONSULTATION
We provide a complimentary consultation for all projects. During the consultation we will gain an understanding of what the homeowner envisions for their new home or renovation, and provide our recommendations for product selection considering budget, scope of work, and aesthetic preferences.
We have samples for all of our products, and will walk the client through each option to decide what design and function works best for their home. Below is a link to our Simulator Tool for our clients to better visualize different colours and finishes so they can make a confident decision.
STEP 2: Accurate (Confirmed) Quote
We can typically provide a quote within 48 hours of the consultation, depending on the scope and scale of the project.
Because we believe in creating relationships with our clients that are built on trust, reliability, and transparency, our quotes are all-inclusive. With our expertise in the industry, and our experience working on thousands of homes in the Calgary area, we are able to anticipate additional costs and include them upfront. We don’t ask for extras, we don’t lowball, and we always honour our quotes.
STEP 3: THE PROJECT
We can typically start the project within two weeks of the consultation. In most cases, we can execute within one week or even one day, depending on the scope and scale. We are efficient, organized, and experienced. We have a qualified crew to get the project done, on budget, and on time. We ensure that every client and their project gets the attention they deserve by not scheduling multiple projects at once, underestimating lead times, or spreading ourselves thin. We operate as a well-oiled machine and deliver on what’s been promised.
STEP 4: FOLLOW UP
Upon completion of each project, we follow up with the client to ensure the project has met - or ideally, exceed - their expectations.
Everything we build is designed for longevity, and we honour all warranty requests. We work hard to deserve our compensation, and stand behind the quality of our work. Our relationship with our clients doesn’t end when the project is complete – we are accessible and available for repairs, advice, and further services.
